Note: Very few vegan recipes.

A good variety of burgers, but relatively few vegan ones. One of the recipes that sounded good, with only 30 minutes to prep and cook, unfortunately required cooked barley and mashed potatoes, so the total time to make would have been well over 1 hour. However, if you want to know how to make very good french fries, rutabaga or turnip fries, this book has it.
