Great illustrations of a large variety of techniques and simple information on how to get started with what your budget can buy. I just wish there were some images of beautifully completed works to inspire the reader.

If you have never done hand embroidery, this book begins with the basics. If you have years of experience, but want to branch out, this book guides you. Either way, if you enjoy this book, you are going to want a personal copy.
