Add a CommentMost recipes had meat, egg, cheese or wheat in them. Have to agree also with the other comment. If you don’t have 4 or 5 different sized muffin tins forget it. I did make one of the recipes with eggs basically baked into muffins with lots of shredded vegetables in them for son to be able to grab and go and they had to be thrown out, and he’s generally not picky....
Interesting idea with a good range of recipes. However, there are very few pictures, and the overall editing and quality of recipes is not terribly high. NOTE--Relatively few of the recipes are scaled for a typical 12-cup muffin tin.
