Women who prefer making dresses for themselves, but are curvy and full-bodied, are all too aware of the limitations that are part of working with commercial patterns. This book shows them how to take a standard commercial pattern intended for a larger size, then cut it back and make the kinds of adjustments that will result in a stylish garment with a flattering fit.

A perfect resource for anyone who wants to sew clothing that will fit perfectly. There are pattern alteration suggestions for every fit problem you can think of! I've been studying this one so much that I'd better go out and buy a copy to keep.
