If you are short on time, this book is helpful. I found way too many purchased products such as dressings, tacos etc. I like to make these items from scratch and would have enjoyed the book if it offered a complete meal recipe instead of relying on store bought items.
However, the notion of cooking large quantities to freeze is great. Also some recipes allow for the bulk of the cooking/baking to occur after thawed. So it may have great appeal for many.

This is an awesome freezer cookbook. The meals are delicious and easy. The best part is that you prepare them, freeze, then bake/make. They taste fresh made. I would recommend this book. I have my own copy and use many of the recipes.
