This is one of the best audiobooks I've ever listened to (and one of the most entertaining middle grade books besides). David Tennant is the PERFECT narrator. As with many people, I'd seen the movie first, but I really enjoyed the ways that this was different. It was still very funny and lighthearted while maintaining high stakes and adventure. I'm still not sure what to make of Toothless, though...he's definitely a more complex character in the book than he is in the movie. The element of speaking Dragonese was one of the more humorous and interesting aspects of Hiccup's character.
