Actually a pretty good story, so it's really too bad that Jerry B. Jenkins is such an ignorant, hateful person. In all of his books, non-Christians lack morals, and Christians are terribly oppressed by atheists (despite being the vast majority in real life).

This book kept me reading, but nothing else, until the last sentence of the entire book, which left me hanging-- I literally jumped up and down in my hurry to get the next book in the series!! I also appreciated the way the author (Mr. Jerry Jenkins) brought out the benefits of Bryce and Ashley's Christian religion and gently encouraged readers to at least give it a thought, but he didn't shove it in readers' faces or tote it as a panacea for all problems in life. It's a wonderful Christian book but doesn't pull out Jesus as a "Deus ex Machina" solution.
