Chocolate Mint Cookies

When I got this I thought holiday just meant Christmas recipes. What it actually contains are recipes for holidays throughout the entire year, which made it even more interesting for me. If you are a vegan, or just someone trying to find some creative and delicious meatless meals, I feel like you won't be disappointed if you get this book.

Are you looking for a perfect holiday dish that your family will enjoy as well as any visiting guests who do not eat meat? Isa Moskowitz, the number one vegan recipe author covers every holiday all year long.
My favourite was Valentine's day with beeting heart salad and champagne vinegarette, sweet potato soup with ginger and vanilla as well as potato samosas.
Snuggie bunnies - carrots in puff pastry might even fool your young ones into eating carrots.
For Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur: sweet potato apples, macadamia cheese blintzes, gefilte chickpeas and different kugel from broccoli to pineapple noodle kugel.
I love the winter squash wild rice, chocolate pecan pie and pumpkin pie.
There are other traditional recipes for Christmas and Hannukah that have been remade to into vegan dishes.
This book is a definite must to browse for great cookie ideas for vegan and non-vegan alike!
