The Heart Crystal's power has been depleted, and Imagination along with it. The people of Wonderland have all lost their creative drive, and most alarmingly, even Queen Alyss is without her powers. But at least the vicious Redd Heart seems to be similarly disabled. Amazingly, she is attempting to team up with her enemy, Alyss, in order to reclaim Wonderland from King Arch. Alyss might have no choice but to accept Redd's overtures, especially when she begins to receive alarming advice from the caterpillar oracles.

After King Arch put WILMA to use, everyone's power of imagination is gone. King Arch has taken over Wonderland and Alyss needs to get control back. Throughout Wonderland, everything is chaos. Everyone is confused and Alyss is missing. So when she comes back and discovers that Arch is in an alliance with the green caterpillar, her worries skyrocket. Despite their hate for each other, Alyss and her aunt Redd must gain control of Wonderland once more, without using their powers. Or killing each other in the process. In the conclusion of The Looking Glass Wars trilogy, Alyss and Dodge get....I can't spoil it!

Poorly written. It's obviously written for the screen.

Great book, full of adventure. The end is pretty interesting, and if you haven't read the first two books, then make sure you do!
