Review title: Embracing Your Heritage.
Wonderful youth novel about embracing your heritage and being proud of your personal history. A good choice for part of multi-cultural studies for elementary age students. Teaches the importance of valuing and respecting your family and your ancestors, and not turning your back on what you enjoy and hold dear. **Good for learning about true friendship and learning to love you, all aspects of you and your life, and not be afraid to be your true self.
