"Kids will love this noise-filled Bright and Early Book classic from the one and only Dr. Seuss! Mr. Brown is a sound-making wonder! He can hoo hoo like an owl and buzz buzz like a bee. It is so much fun to make noises that you hear every day, like moo and tick-tock. But stranger sounds are fun to make, too . . . like the pip of a goldfish kiss and the grum grum of a hippo chewing gum. Encouraging imaginative play while learning to read, Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You? will keep kids laughing (when they’re not tick-tocking)"--Online description.

One of my favourite Dr Seuss books. Great for the littlies, even the real littlies, as they learn to mimic sound. Also cool for new readers. Onomatopoeia galore. Great rhythm and pacing in this book. And it steps beyond moo and buzz, and gets all the way to goldfish kisses and a hippopotamus chewing gum. Love it.

This is a super fun book that allows children to interact while you are reading. Have your children mimic the sounds as you read along.

A classic book that children will love hearing read to them or love reading out loud as they become emerging readers.

This book I performed for an interpretive literature class, sat down and got the biggest applause!

I remember reading this as a kid so it's lots of fun to read it now to my kids. I love to hear them make the sounds.
