Based on my watching of (The Brain Fitness Program) I write:
This DVD is not about telling you what exercises you do to change your brain, BUT, it gives you the Master Key to change your whole life; It scientifically clarifies to your understanding that your brain is elastic (malleable), it changes itself; And just by learning (ANYTHING positive) interesting to you, such as learn or improve new Language or skill (that you love), your Brain - itself - rapidly increases its health by creating new Circuits and Dendrites in the Neurons structure of brain (which means you'll become more mindfully and physically active); this DVD gives you the knowledge of how that happens physiologically in you (regardless of how old or young you are):
from time to time, I watch this DVD to keep it active in my thoughts, reminding me of the miracle elasticity in any human brain that can change itself to better or worse depending on how we stimulate the health of our Brain which affects the body.
The Brain is malleable: This scientific evidence proves that by continuing learning (regardless of age) you increase the flow of blood to the brain (in harmonious healthy way) you sharpen the capacity of your thinking
This DVD demonstrates: based on research study of human brain: It's proven that the health of your brain is within your reach; to let it decline, or keeping it active in learning something you love.
