love this book, i am a romantic so this book was perfect for me. This book makes you root for the characters and it makes you feel that you are there in the book. I haven't read the first book yet but i bet it would be another hit. It may be a little predictable but there are details that makes the book work. Now i'm going to go put a hold on the next book. Enjoy :)

Nora Roberts has such an incredible way of telling a story. She always draws me in and gives her characters such life that I always feel invested in the outcomes. Emmaline and Jack's story did this even more than Mac and Carter's. Emma is such a romantic, and I cared about her so much, that I cried for her even as she was crying for her broken dream. I loved how Parker, Mac, and Laurel gathered around her and protected her. And when Jack made his apology and gave Emma her dream, I shed a few more tears of the happiness variety. This was truly a wonderful tale from start to finish.

Sexual Content: Several very steamy sex scenes.

Coarse Language: Not a lot of swearing, as Emma isn't really one for cussing, but there were a few moments even in Emma's story where swearing took place.
