"Most business books give you the same old advice: Write a business plan, study the competition, seek investors, yadda yadda. If you're looking for a book like that, put this one back on the shelf. 'Rework' shows you a better, easier way to succeed in business. Read it and you'll know why plans are actually harmful, why you don't need outside investors, and why you're better off ignoring the competition. The truth is, you need less than you think...What you really need to do is stop talking and start working. This book shows you the way. You'll learn how to be more productive, how to get exposure without breaking the bank, and tons more counterintuitive ideas that will inspire and provoke you..."--p.[4] of cover.

A nice collection of short blog posts bundled into a book. Some ideas are interesting but only shallowly explore.

With some research each chapter could have been an amazing book.

A quick read with short chapters! It offers good advice and prompts me to rethink and apply to work.

Concise and to the point. I could not put it down until I was done and then I went out and purchased it

I am a big library user and don't often buy books - this one I will probably buy to have on my bookshelf. Very easy to read, lots of excellent, memorable quotes, and makes you think about how you work. It's focused on entrepreneur and small business but the ideas can be applied to a lot of different types of business or office work.
